LISA is a Mexican company incorporated under the General Law of Commercial Companies as a Simplified Variable Capital Stock Company (LISA Servicios Científicos, SAS de CV), which enables us to establish public acts of commerce related to our sector, "Professional, Scientific and Technical Services" and to withhold taxes under the Simplified Trust Regime.

Likewise, we are authorized to establish contractual relationships with third parties under the Commercial Code of Mexico City, the entity in which we are physically located.
